Hana Highway Ranches - 2009

 

 Shhhh!

Don't tell the car company,
I'm not supposed to be driving here.

 

 15-mile gap between
 east and west perimeter roads.

Potholes, gravel sections,
and steep up and down.

But saves a half-day,
I took it real slow.

 

 South coast of Maui.

Big Island faintly visible on the left.

 

Looking north toward the Crater.

Ranch country.

 

 Reminds me of Scotland.

 

 M-m-m-m-a-u-i !
