Networking Essentials
Course |

While working for ZD
Education/Element K, I was assigned the
task of creating an online course for ZD
University, ZD Education's online
learning site.
The Networking Essentials course was
designed as a study aid to supplement the
ZD Education self-study guide for taking
the Microsoft Certified Professional exam
#70-058. It was presented as an 8-week
online self-study program in which a new
lesson was released each week. This
sample file contains the description and
syllabus as well as the first week’s
lesson of the course that I developed.
The material that I created was then
submitted to the developers who
integrated it into a Web-based platform. |

Resource Meter Seminar -
Slides
& Script |

While working for ZD
Education/Element K, I was assigned the
task of creating an online seminar for ZD
University, ZD Education's online
learning site.
The Resource Meter seminar was designed
for Windows 9x and presented as a
15-minute online tutorial in which the
student would walk away with a technique
that they could immediately employ. My
task in creating the seminar was to
create the slide show and a script for
the voiceover/narration. The material
that I created was then submitted to the
producers who recorded the voiceover and
the developers who integrated it into a
Web-based platform. |

presentation was written for
TechRepublic's Lunch and Learn series.
The PowerPoint file includes detailed
presenter notes as well as the slides.
The reference guide was designed as a
take-away for attendees. |

The HTML Crash Course was created for
TechRepublic's Lunch and Learn
presentations, which were designed to
provide IT professionals with a
standalone, pre-packaged presentation
that could be delivered to end users with
little preparation or editing. The

Clear IE Tutorial |

To accompany an article
that I wrote for TechRepublic about
creating technical support tutorials, I
created this is a sample tutorial with
RoboDemo 4.0 from eHelp Corporation. The
tutorial, which shows how to clear
information in Internet Explorer, is
saved in Flash format that can be played
back in any browser. |
