Celis Raspberry is a traditional style Belgian fruit beer that embodies a full flavor as well as a tartness that's true to its Belgian heritage. Celis Raspberry is brewed with 60% malt and 40% raw winter wheat grown in Luckenbach, Texas. A very special mix of Cascade, Willamette and Goldings hops are pitched during the boil. Natural raspberry juice is added during the second fermentation giving the beer its delectable accents.
