Our Oak-Aged Pilsner is the best of two worlds. We first handcraft a traditional Old World pilsner beer, using only select two row barley malt, Cluster and Saaz hops, choice yeast and pure water. We then age it in a unique New World way - using Jack Daniel's oak barrel wood. Oak-aging gives our pilsner a more complex character and an extra measure of golden color, for a pilsner unlike any other.
